When one is experiencing grief, they will naturally feel stuck in the lungs and pain in the guts. It is a normal body reaction towards grief and sadness. When we don’t channel the stuck energy appropriately, the intensely accumulated energy will cause symptoms, such as chest pain, headaches, digestive problems, fatigue, and sore muscles. The aching body will in turn leads to more emotional stress. Tai Chi healing sessions aim at changing this vicious dynamic.
