Join a small and supportive group writing workshop that will take place over three consecutive Thursday evenings with other COPE members who are grieving the loss of a loved one.

Writing can help us access internal wisdom and insight.

Writing in the company of others can add another healing dimension.

We will create a supportive space for exploration, creativity, and discovery.

No previous writing experience required.

We will write to several “prompts” each night, inviting you to reflect and give voice to some of the many facets of your lived experience after the death of a loved one.

There will be opportunities for sharing what is written.

Facilitated by Carole Geithner, LCSW, and author of the novel, “If Only“.

Maximum 12 people
