Writing can be a helpful tool in the grieving process and often a tool for discovery.
This is an exercise I’ve done in the past that was very powerful for me.
Sit alone in a quiet place. If you like, light a candle to create a sacred space.
Write a letter to your child or sibling.
If you are so inclined, write a letter from them to you.
Write whatever comes to mind without giving it too much thought. What would they say to you?
