Emily Berg, RN, certified in holistic health and wellness nurse coaching, has a passion for holistic healthcare. Emily takes an approach to wellness that is focused on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual components of health. She uses modalities such as movement, yoga, breathwork, and sound to support and guide you.

Please note, props and yoga mats will be provided. Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and ID—check-in at the front desk before going upstairs to the yoga room.
