The Road to Resilience – A New Definition

Faciliator: Sherri Mandell
As Sherri details in her book, “The Road to Resilience,” there are seven spiritual steps of resilience:

  1. chaos
  2. kindness and community
  3. choice
  4. creativity
  5. commemoration
  6. consecration
  7. celebration

In this workshop she will guide the participants through each step, discussing the meaning of these steps so that you will leave with a new understanding of what it means to be a resilient person.

Free to attend, or with an optional donation to support COPE families. Reserve your spot today!
