Self care is so important. Unfortunately, many of us neglect to do it. We are so busy in our everyday lives that we forget how vital it is to take a step back and nurture ourselves. Not only does self care keep you healthy, but it is proven to increase satisfaction and productivity in life.

There are 3 different types of self care:

  • Physical – the body
  • Mental – mind
  • Emotional – feelings, social connections and emotions

All three areas overlap, and enhance the others. Check out the list below to see if you have established a self care routine. Remember that COPE offers a variety of healing workshops to support your physical, mental and emotional health.
