Journey Dance: Processing Grief Through Movement

Through the practice of Journey Dance, Cara Martinisi will lead participants through a transformational experience. Expressive movement, imagery and affirmations are used to guide dancers to become attuned to their own bodies and emotions.As the dance unfolds, transformation happens through chakra cleaning rituals. Closing out our experience, we will spend time allowing the healing to land in a state of bliss.

When: October 20, 7-8:30 PM EST

About Cara

Cara Martinisi is a certified Journey Dance instructor, as well as a certified grief coach. She is the founder of the nonprofit organization Love From Heaven, in memory of her oldest son, Christian Martinisi. Cara has been published on various websites and spoke at The Compassionate Friends National Conference in both 2021 and 2022. She is passionate about helping others in their grieving experience.
