Wellness in Grief: Taking Care of Ourselves…

A Free Grief & Healing Workshop with Linda Frank

Presented in partnership with Pinelawn Memorial Park and Arboretum

Description: This workshop will explain Linda Frank’s grief journey through the loss of two brothers, 12 years apart, and how she learned to incorporate small changes in her life to bring herself to a state of wellness, despite great sorrow.

She will give you practical tips and examples so that you can make small changes that fit your journey. And she will help you find your voice to ask for what you need and describe how to build a solid support system.

Register for free on Pinelawn’s Eventbrite Page

More about our Presenter: Linda Frank’s younger brother Pete died suddenly in 2006 at the age of 43. She attended her first TCF national conference in Dallas in 2015, a regional in Philadelphia later that same year, and another national in 2016 in Arizona.

Then in 2018, her youngest brother Jeff died suddenly at the age of 51. She attended the TCF national conference in Philly in 2019 and both regionals that same year in Houston and Nashville. She also presented this workshop at the first TCF Virtual Conference in 2020, and again in 2021.

Linda attended sibling grief support zoom meetings four times per week for 18 months, starting in mid-2020. She began facilitating Sibling Grief Writing and Creative Expression groups weekly for bereaved siblings, starting in mid-2021.
