Your Body & Grief: Release the Cellular Grief to Unlock Your Vitality

Expired!

Time

7:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Facilitator: Jason Wendroff-Rawnicki

Description: Do you feel like your grief is locked up in your body? Do you feel alone in your grief? Do you feel like you are going crazy? Know your life will never be the same again.

I was there too. When I lost my sister in1998, there were very few resources available. And, the ones that were did not help me to manage my grief. For the last 20 years I have been studying yoga, meditation, psychology, mindfulness, healthy lifestyle and personal development. I have woven all the effective tools together to help me release my grief from the tissues in my body so I can thrive while working through my grief.

Imagine your life with hope. See yourself being happy again. What would it feel like to love your friends and family more deeply? Reclaim your life and live your true purpose.

In this 1 hour interactive workshop, you will learn to:

  • Re-define what grief means to you so shift it’s impact on your life.
  • Create simple habits to restore your body’s vitality.
  • Breathe through your feelings so they don’t get stuck in your cells.
  • Bracket your emotions so you can function when in public.
  • Break the cycle of those spiraling thoughts.

Grief is a journey that we are all on. It changes over time. But with the right tools, we can live a happy, healthy, vibrant life while on that journey. I would give anything to have my sister back, and, I am grateful that my grief journey has made me the person I am today.
